I am a PhD Candidate in Entrepreneurship at INSEAD. My research lies at the intersection of technological innovation and firm strategy. I am on the 2025-2026 academic job market.

My research examines how firms innovate when general-purpose technology emerges. In my dissertation, I study firms that commercialize artificial intelligence and their market entry strategy through the lens of organizational learning. My analyses draw on quantitative methods and archival data.

I hold a BS in Information and Industrial Engineering from Yonsei University. Before starting my PhD, I worked at the R&D center of an automobile company and led different start-ups.
