I am a PhD Candidate in Entrepreneurship at INSEAD. My research focuses on the intersection of organization and technology.

My dissertation examines how firms navigate the emergence of general-purpose technologies, with a focus on artificial intelligence as the empirical context. I draw on organizational learning theory and use observational data and econometric methods. I study both technology ventures and incumbents facing new technologies.

Before starting my PhD, I worked at the R&D center of an automobile company and was an entrepreneur. I hold a BS in Information and Industrial Engineering from Yonsei University.
